How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Boymask Remodeling to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • How things went when you called or contacted Boymask Remodeling
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project has gone wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that often falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Boymask Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@boymask.beer and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will share what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
